What I’m reading is not new to me and it is the biggest issue for people that return from a healthy holiday or a detox retreat. I also know that people are waiting for the magical potion that will make them look younger, make them avoid temptations and make their body look gorgeous and more toned than ever. And while they wait for this to come, they search the web for some inexpensive shortcut to reach these objectives either with drastic and fashion diets or with slimming supplements. Until now though, nothing similar has been discovered yet otherwise my name would be so popular, I wouldn’t even need to reply to you. Nevertheless there has been very important discoveries that have been made in the scientific world and technology innovation allows us to understand the human body and mind more accurately than we could in the past. In the meantime the pharmaceutical industry has developed it’s product to lengthen our lifespan, but the
bad quality of our lifestyle and of the food we eat, leads us to chronic diseases and consequent bad-ageing.
