This yummy dish is very healthy too. Azuki are small beans very high in minerals and helpful for detoxifying kidneys. They’re easy to digest and contain quite proteins. Broccoli also are very helpful because high in antioxidants, minerals and clorophil.
- 800 gr Broccoli
- 200 gr Azuki (dried)
- 2 T rice malt
- 1 lemon (juice)
Soak Azuki for 6 hours then cook them in a pressure pot for at least 30 mins with no salt (or in normal pan for 45 minutes). Wash and cut broccoli, than boil them in some salad water for 3-4 minutes. Toss together the malt with lemon juice and tamari to make a sauce. Put broccoli and azuki in a casserole and add the sauce. Toss very well and enjoy.
