- Lian Gong: is a sequence of exercises of Dynamic Qigong created in 1970 by Dr. Ming Zhuang Yuan, orthopedic surgeon, to improve conditions of his patients and especially for Chinese workers that showed a high percentage of muscle and joint pain compared to the general Chinese population. Lian Gong consists in 3 sets of 18 exercises and is born from the encounter between traditional Chinese medicine, ancient techniques of Qi Gong (Dao Yin), Wushu (martial art), and Tuina (traditional massage techniques).
- Qi Gong: is the set of traditional Chinese techniques, physical and mental, made to improve and maintain in good conditions, the entire psycho-physical apparatus of the human being. Often based on deep breathing exercises.
- Taiji Quan: born in the 13 st century D.C. in Henan Province by Chen Wangting which combines the philosophy of the negative and positive, the theory of Chinese medicine with Wushu exercises. Born as a method of combat developed on the exploitation of the opponent's strength to its advantage, the Taiji Quan has evolved as a practice for maintaining health and longevity.
Aerobics and toning
- Rebounding: it is a physical activity that is carried out with a special mat called Rebounder. It is a simple, fun and at the same time very effective exercise in several aspects.
Bouncing on the mini trampoline, defying gravity, is a movement to fight the articular wear due to age, strengthening muscles, tendons and ligaments, increasing the bone density and preventing major diseases such as osteoporosis. In addition, you can increase the intervertebral distance, giving a feeling of stretching after training. For those who have undergone surgery or are recovering from an injury, it is a great activity to regain strength, flexibility and coordination.
- Modern Wushu: literally means "martial art" and in its name there are a myriad of techniques and fighting styles popular in all China. Wushu is divided into two broad categories: external styles (wai jia) that emphasize greater external force and internal (in jia), which mainly develop inner strength, or Qi.

- Yoga: is the oldest method of personal growth of body, mind and spirit. The ancients perceived the body as a vehicle, at whose direction is the mind, while the soul is the true identity of mankind. The human being is driven by three forces: action, emotion and intelligence and the purpose of yoga is to integrate and bring these three aspects in balance allowing you to have a proper and creative human development.
