Depending on the diagnostic test results and the needs of our guests we have developed a multidisciplinary physical rehabilitation program. This includes aerobic physical activities (Rebounding, hiking, fitness…), anaerobic activities (muscle hypertrophy), postural activities (Pilates) and relaxing activities (Yoga, Qi Gong, Taiji Quan) to be spread throughout the day.
