Here is another dessert that will leave your guests breathless. This one is also a famous one in the raw cuisine. Very caloric but full of omega3 and minerals.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 gr cashwes
- 100 gr dates (or half dates, half dried apricots)
- 1 tbsp dried coconut
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Sesame seeds (for decoration)
Take off the cores of the dates then blend everything in a high speed blender. Make the truffles with two hands and put them in the fridge for about an hour, then enjoy.
