Eggs are a weird food, nutritionally talking… they have an incredible high quality part of proteins, and an incredibly fat, full of cholesterol part too. We will only use the best nutritional protein out of it.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml eggs white
- Half courgette
Cover a cake tin with some oven paper then pour the eggs white. Grate the courgette and sprinkle it over the eggs white. Add the salt and pepper as well on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
