Reservations:
To book the program, credit card details needed
At booking confirmation please provide with the 50% deposit of total amount trought most credit cart, bank transfer, cheque and cash
Settle for the program until 7 days before the arrival
Cancellation considering only deposit as penalty, are allowd until 7 days before arrival, after that date 100% of the program will
be deducted
Any other extra will be settled at check out

Check-In/Arrivals - Between 11.00 and 14.00 - Orientation compulsory meeting at 15.00
Check-Out/Departures - Be for 11.00

For anticipated or late arrivals please don’t hesitate to contact the front office for specific arrangements.
The front office closes at 22.00

Breakfast from 7.30 to 9.00 | Lunch from 12.30 to 14.00 | Dinner from 18.30 to 20.00

• notebook for classes
• camera to remember your experiences
• you might buy some products to take home with you, remember to have enough space

 

• Every service excluded from the basic program has a fee
• We suggest to follow the pre-detox instructions
• Animals are not admitted
• Laundry service upon request
• Are not allowed on the premises: cigarettes, alcohol, other food or any drug
• Avoid to take perfumes or any product very perfumed so not to annoy other sensitive guests.
• Fill out all the forms requested before check in

Opening hours Ti Sana Spa: every day from 9.00 to 22.00. Suggested last entrance to the course id 19.30
Inside the Spa bathing suit is compulsory
To enter the Spa and Medi Spa, it is compulsory to sign the release

Access to Hammam and Herbal Sauna is forbidden to all person with cardiac problems, cardiovascular, with low arteries pressure or that can be considered sentitive to high temperatures. The entrance is allowd only to those that habitually use steam baths or, even if never done, need to have assent from the doctor

Opening hours Medi Spa / Galeno Area: from monday to friday, from 10.00 to 18.30, saturday from 8.00 to 13.00
We recommend to arrive 5 minutes before the first appointment. Punctuality is recommended for all appointments. If late, it will not be possible to extend the duration of the treatment.

Cancellation or variation of a reserved treatment needs to be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. In the contrary the total amount as 100% of the total price. will be deducted.

We recommend to keep a quiet and relaxed atmosphere in order not to disturb other guests. We recommend parents to be aware of their children’s behaviour.

Opening hours Fitness: everyday from 7.30 to 22.00. It is compulsory to sign the appropriate form everytime before using any
instrument.
Openign hours Mendel hall: everyday from 7.30 to 22.00
Noosphère Hall is opened during classes and lecture times, for any further need please ask the keys at the office.
